A message from the founder:
Hello, my name is Pier Paolo Diconzo, and I am the founder of TheGear™.
I was born and raised in Milan, Italy, and I moved to the U.S. in the summer of 2023 to study mechanical engineering at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
I have always been the kind of person who wants more and aims for the top. Studying and building my future are important, but I knew that was not enough. I needed something of my own, something I could grow with discipline and ambition. That is why I started TheGear.
I did not create this brand just to sell products. I created it to build something real from zero, and take it as far as possible. The goal is to turn TheGear into a recognized brand, one that stands for consistency, quality, and the mindset of always improving.
Since we opened in October 2025, every sale matters. Every customer matters. We are not a giant company with thousands of orders a day, so when someone decides to support us, we see it, we appreciate it, and we treat that person like family.
Nothing is taken for granted here.
